The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum has an immediate opening for an experienced photographer. Key responsibilities will include: providing guests of the museum photo opportunities, operation of the photo booth and event photography. Successful candidates will be able to manually operate a digital SLR camera and have a working knowledge of Photoshop; friendly, and outgoing with excellent customer service skills are also a must. Account Executive for Special Events
The Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is seeking an experienced events person for the position of Account Executive. The incumbent will provide sales and marketing strategies that will produce sales growth and revenue generation for Special Events.
The responsibilities of this position is to direct the development and delivery of events that take place at the museum. The museum puts on numerous events and celebrations in the course of the year to uphold our mission. In addition you will work with both corporate and private customers assisting them in planning company parties, speaker events, weddings, fund raisers, group tours and corporate retreats.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a professional events environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task. Key duties include:
- Cold calling businesses
- Meeting and consulting with internal and external clients
- Planning and developing events
- Working with a staff of volunteers
- Maintaining an updated and detailed events schedule
- Recapping and debriefing after each event to assure continuous improvement

Museum Admissions Personnel

This position requires a customercentric love of working with people, previous experience handling cash and the ability to turn any situation into a positive one for our guests.
You will work in a fun and friendly atmosphere that also offers job experience and career growth. We are looking for individuals to greet customers and provide services including information, directions, and sale of admission tickets and other museum products. This requires the use of a computer and the handling of cash, credit cards, checks and account sales. Qualified candidates will have previous customer services experience, a professional appearance and can pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Receptionists needed
Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum is currently looking for experienced receptionists to cover our front desk. Responsibilities include assisting in phone coverage for various departments and administrative support.
